Now that I'm thinking about it, the second one makes more sense from a... Idunno... non-Greek sort of viewpoint.

Ah make him a hairy human with a bull's head. No udders please. Oh, wait, that would mean boobs then. Ick. I'm not into furry, so... I'll take the first option with a bag over her head.

I'm leaning towards the first but with a mix of the second. Mostly a bull's head, but with a little artistic license.
