Hey guys,

Thought I'd start a thread about what we want to do in Nik's FR game this Sunday, so he doesn't have to guess. Smile

For my part, I'm thinking two things:

1. Caleb the Bald pisses me off, and
2. There's this whole thing with my sponsor, Grendle, and the demons that I really should be getting to the bottom of.

On an unrelated note, I want to do a brief post-mortem on the Iron Heroes adventure either in the IH forum here, or in person next weekend. Just to talk about what worked, what didn't, and so on.

Later, gators.

Hamli would like to persue revenge with Caleb the Bald. But finding more lore on my lost clan and exploring the underdark are also high on the list.

Also quests involvong rare weapons.armor from my clan or other players would be cool.

I will be out this week but in next one.

You're under the impression Paladin needs to plan ahead. There are always objects to examine, people to rescue, and villains to smite. Refer to instructions at end of post.

"That Caleb sure is criminal. Smarmy, too. Also, I'm pretty sure he wants me to punch him in the face. Everything about him tells me to do it.

"But wait! The Underdark is downright stinking with evil! Oh, I'm going to be busy. Maybe we can get all our enemies to line up one at a time..."

-----

Being Auric von Wolfenstein.
1. You find something in a dangerous place.
Is it a person? Go to 2.
Is it an object? Go to 3.
Is it evil? Go to 4.
Is it art? Go to 5.
Is it none of these? Go to 6.

2. Rescue them. Move on.

3. Examine it. Move on.

4. Smite it. Move on.

5. Buy it. Move on.

6. Ignore it. Move on.

7. Return to 1.

Well, for Wilkie, his current objectives are:

1. Translate the Burdung Diary with help from Paladin; write play & novel.
2. Start his acting troupe.
3. Learn to be a better fencer and possibly establish a new identity as either a tournament fight or a Robin-Hood type.

Note that these are longish term goals, most of what's been mentioned so far will fit in some way along with #2 - e.g., acquiring Caleb's brothel for a venue, rooting out a demon conspiracy to get some leeway as a "reputable" businessman, etc.

Moreover, outside of robbing dwarven graves Wilkie's pretty solidly in the Chaotic Good bloc; he'll help out pretty much anyone in need.

And for the Underdark (and robbing dwarven graves) Hamli mentioned pursuing lost lore from his clan... Twisted Evil There's also plenty he'd be interested in down in the UD: meeting the Svirfneblin, acquiring some photoluminescent dyes, finding bizarre-looking critters to use in illusions, etc.

Hamli is looking for cool magic or rune based weapons or armor maybe they are clan artifacts. Anti evil or anti demon would be cool. Twisted Evil

Is underdark maybe the fastest way to get to the ruins of my old clan hold?
Maybe a map found in the handle of the weapons we find. I can come up with tons of cool plot hooks.

BTW did we sell the swag. What is left?
