Anyway, Mike, I thought you might find these posts in particular helpful:

The back of the Sorcerer character sheet
Character meets Kicker

As a list, the things on the back of the sheet act as flags for you, to help you prep well; as a diagram, the spatial arrangement of the contents helps you zero in on the central elements of each character's life and situation. Neat.
